In this section will appear projects and activities of 3win Action and invitations of interest for participation in them as well as the main events related to sustainable tourism development and organised by other organisations. 3win Action had the pleasure and honour to participate in these events, either as a sponsor with its own stand, or with the participation of one of our members as a speaker, or by contributing a presentation or a study, or simply as visitors to them.
24-25/11/2022 | Edutourism - Prospects for the development of Educational Tourism in Crete & Cyprus.
In the framework of the project "Edutourism - Promotion of educational tourism for the promotion of natural and cultural heritage", within the framework of the Programme COMMUNITY INITIATIVES, INTERREG, INTERREG V-A "GREECE CYPRUS 2014-2020", the E.SY.N. organized the two-day conference on: "Outlining the Prospects for the Development of Educational Tourism in Crete and Cyprus", on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 November 2022, at the Municipal Gallery of the Municipality of Maleviziou.

The Region of Crete and the Ibo Observatory of Innovative Entrepreneurship organized a three-day Innovation Day, entitled InnoDays 2022. The three-day innovation event took place on 25 - 27 November 2022, at the International Exhibition Centre of Crete.
19/01/2023 | Consultation of the new TAPTOK LEADER strategy.
The Heraklion Development Corporation organized on Thursday 19/01/2023, at the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce, an open Discussion / Consultation for the submission of the new local development strategy with the initiative of local communities - the new TAPTOK LEADER Heraklion 2023-2027 programme.

The Pancretan Association of Hotel Managers, with the support of the Region of Crete, organized the "2nd Pancretan Career Day in the Hotels of Crete", which took place on 24 January 2023, simultaneously in Heraklion, Rethymnon & Chania.

A two-day event in Heraklion on 2 and 3 February 2023, by the Labour Institute of the G.S.E.E. with the support of the Heraklion Labour Centre, in the framework of the support and empowerment services for the workforce.
18/03/2023 | 11th Pancretan Forum for promoting local products in the hotels of Crete
The 11th Pan-Cretan forum for the promotion of local products in the hotels of Crete, was held at the International Exhibition Center of Crete. An important event that started in the early years by the Chamber of Commerce of Heraklion and is now organized with the support of all four Chambers of the island, the Hotel Associations and the Region of Crete.
28/03/2023 | The optimal management of Human Resources in the hotels of Crete.
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Pan-Cretan Association of Hotel Managers, the Association organized the event entitled: "The optimal HR Management in the Hotels of Crete", on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Heraklion Chamber.
The conference, which was addressed to all executives of the Hotels who are responsible for the management of human resources (owners of Hotel units, managers, deputy managers, heads of departments, supervisors, HR managers), covered the topic from many different angles.

The Crete Family Business Forum took place on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the AQUILA ATLANTIS HOTEL, in Heraklion. It was a meeting point and creative dialogue between businesses and private investors active in industry, tourism and service provision. The goal of the conference was to highlight entrepreneurship in Crete, as the island is an investment destination of high importance and interest. The forum is held under the auspices of the Heraklion Industrial Area Business Association and the Crete Exporters Association.

Hoteliers or other accommodation providers who wish more information on participation in the program concerning the funding of rural or ecotourism SMEs for actions of sustainable tourism development and digitalization can contact 3win Action.
21/10/2023 | Innovative Development Prospects of Tourism Economy in Crete.
The Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), hosted in Heraklion the 3rd Pan-Cretan Tourism Conference "Criton Filoxenin" on "Innovative Development Prospects of Tourism Economy in Crete", which took place on October 21st 2023. The event was organized by the Department of Business Administration & Tourism of HMU and the Digital Portal for Business Information Promotion and Networking ‘’Cretan Business’’. Topics discussed included sustainability, digital technologies, cultural heritage and tourism education.

The objective of this invitation is to provide Market Search services aimed at analyzing and evaluating the market to support the goals and needs of the MAST project. The total maximum budget for implementing the action above amounts to €15,000.00.

2024 | MAST Kick-off Meeting MAST
MAST Kick off Meeting took place in Carlo Bo University of Urbino, Italy. It marked the beginning of the works of the project Board and the planning for the upcoming period. All members of the project team of 3win Action participated.

The meeting of the Steering Committee took place in Barcelona. MAST partners from CENFIM cluster hosted and organized the SCM. 3win Action was represented by Board members L.A. Pakonstantinides, Akrivi Vagena, Manos Ligerakis, Vasileios Spokos and Gian Andrea Garancini
10/07/2024 | Press conference for the launch of a research in Restaurant industry of Crete
The press conference took place in the Regional Council meeting room. It marked the launch of a research on the investigation of working conditions in catering companies entitled "Behind the glamor of Restaurants". The research is being conducted by 3win Action on behalf of the Tourism Catering Workers Union and the Region of Crete from July 1st to 30th, while the results will be decoded in August to be put in a public debate of the stakeholders in September.
15/07/2024 – 15/08/2024 | MAST / Interreg Euro–MED - Open Call for Submission of technical & financial offer
3win Action in the framework of the project MAST (Making Sustainable Tourism Possible), which is implemented under the auspices of the Interreg Euro-MED programme, invites interested parties to submit a technical and financial offer for the development of a digital tool using AI technology for the self-assessment of the level of sustainability of hospitality businesses and the degree of integration in the ISO 21401 criteria.
The scope of the call for expressions of interest for the commissioning of works is the development of the tool with content to be provided by the 3win Action project team, in order to support the objectives and needs of the project. The total maximum budget for the implementation of the above assignment is 20.000,00€.
