In this section will appear projects and activities of 3win Action and invitations of interest for participation in them as well as the main events related to sustainable tourism development and organised by other organisations. 3win Action had the pleasure and honour to participate in these events, either as a sponsor with its own stand, or with the participation of one of our members as a speaker, or by contributing a presentation or a study, or simply as visitors to them.
24-25/11/2022 | Edutourism - Prospects for the development of Educational Tourism in Crete & Cyprus.
In the framework of the project "Edutourism - Promotion of educational tourism for the promotion of natural and cultural heritage", within the framework of the Programme COMMUNITY INITIATIVES, INTERREG, INTERREG V-A "GREECE CYPRUS 2014-2020", the E.SY.N. organized the two-day conference on: "Outlining the Prospects for the Development of Educational Tourism in Crete and Cyprus", on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 November 2022, at the Municipal Gallery of the Municipality of Maleviziou.

The Region of Crete and the Ibo Observatory of Innovative Entrepreneurship organized a three-day Innovation Day, entitled InnoDays 2022. The three-day innovation event took place on 25 - 27 November 2022, at the International Exhibition Centre of Crete.

The Heraklion Development Corporation organized on Thursday 19/01/2023, at the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce, an open Discussion / Consultation for the submission of the new local development strategy with the initiative of local communities - the new TAPTOK LEADER Heraklion 2023-2027 programme.

The Pancretan Association of Hotel Managers, with the support of the Region of Crete, organized the "2nd Pancretan Career Day in the Hotels of Crete", which took place on 24 January 2023, simultaneously in Heraklion, Rethymnon & Chania.

18/03/2023 | 11th Pancretan Forum for promoting local products in the hotels of Crete
The 11th Pan-Cretan forum for the promotion of local products in the hotels of Crete, was held at the International Exhibition Center of Crete. An important event that started in the early years by the Chamber of Commerce of Heraklion and is now organized with the support of all four Chambers of the island, the Hotel Associations and the Region of Crete.
28/03/2023 | The optimal management of Human Resources in the hotels of Crete.
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Pan-Cretan Association of Hotel Managers, the Association organized the event entitled: "The optimal HR Management in the Hotels of Crete", on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Heraklion Chamber.
The conference, which was addressed to all executives of the Hotels who are responsible for the management of human resources (owners of Hotel units, managers, deputy managers, heads of departments, supervisors, HR managers), covered the topic from many different angles.

The Crete Family Business Forum took place on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the AQUILA ATLANTIS HOTEL, in Heraklion. It was a meeting point and creative dialogue between businesses and private investors active in industry, tourism and service provision. The goal of the conference was to highlight entrepreneurship in Crete, as the island is an investment destination of high importance and interest. The forum is held under the auspices of the Heraklion Industrial Area Business Association and the Crete Exporters Association.

21/10/2023 | Innovative Development Prospects of Tourism Economy in Crete.
The Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), hosted in Heraklion the 3rd Pan-Cretan Tourism Conference "Criton Filoxenin" on "Innovative Development Prospects of Tourism Economy in Crete", which took place on October 21st 2023. The event was organized by the Department of Business Administration & Tourism of HMU and the Digital Portal for Business Information Promotion and Networking ‘’Cretan Business’’. Topics discussed included sustainability, digital technologies, cultural heritage and tourism education.

The objective of this invitation is to provide Market Search services aimed at analyzing and evaluating the market to support the goals and needs of the MAST project. The total maximum budget for implementing the action above amounts to €15,000.00.

2024 | MAST Kick-off Meeting MAST
MAST Kick off Meeting took place in Carlo Bo University of Urbino, Italy. It marked the beginning of the works of the project Board and the planning for the upcoming period. All members of the project team of 3win Action participated.

The meeting of the Steering Committee took place in Barcelona. MAST partners from CENFIM cluster hosted and organized the SCM. 3win Action was represented by Board members L.A. Pakonstantinides, Akrivi Vagena, Manos Ligerakis, Vasileios Spokos and Gian Andrea Garancini
10/07/2024 | Press conference for the launch of a research in Restaurant industry of Crete
The press conference took place in the Regional Council meeting room. It marked the launch of a research on the investigation of working conditions in catering companies entitled "Behind the glamor of Restaurants". The research is being conducted by 3win Action on behalf of the Tourism Catering Workers Union and the Region of Crete from July 1st to 30th, while the results will be decoded in August to be put in a public debate of the stakeholders in September.
15/07/2024 – 15/08/2024 | MAST / Interreg Euro–MED - Open Call for Submission of technical & financial offer
3win Action in the framework of the project MAST (Making Sustainable Tourism Possible), which is implemented under the auspices of the Interreg Euro-MED programme, invites interested parties to submit a technical and financial offer for the development of a digital tool using AI technology for the self-assessment of the level of sustainability of hospitality businesses and the degree of integration in the ISO 21401 criteria.
The scope of the call for expressions of interest for the commissioning of works is the development of the tool with content to be provided by the 3win Action project team, in order to support the objectives and needs of the project. The total maximum budget for the implementation of the above assignment is 20.000,00€.
Preparation and Submission of Proposals:

Throwback to the 4th Pancretan Hospitality Conference – “Κρητών Φιλοξενείν”

Η 3win Action συμμετείχε στο 4ο Παγκρήτιο Συνέδριο Φιλοξενίας «Κρητών Φιλοξενείν», με θέμα «Ολιστική & Ανθεκτική Τουριστική Ανάπτυξη», που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 19 Οκτωβρίου 2024 στην αίθουσα του Επιμελητηρίου Λασιθίου. Στο πλαίσιο του συνεδρίου, η 3win Action παρουσίασε σύντομα το έργο MAST – MAking Sustainable Tourism possible στους φορείς του τουρισμού, οι οποίοι έδειξαν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για το έργο. Η συμμετοχή αποτέλεσε σημαντικό βήμα για την ενημέρωση και ενεργοποίηση των stakeholders στην Κρήτη, ενόψει του MAST Info Day που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 3 Απριλίου 2025.

Η 3win Action στη Βαρκελώνη για το Interreg Euro–MED
Η 3win Action συμμετείχε στη συνάντηση του προγράμματος Interreg Euro–MED στη Βαρκελώνη, συμβάλλοντας στον διάλογο για το μέλλον του βιώσιμου τουρισμού στη Μεσόγειο. Στο βίντεο, από το 15:00, ο Gian Andrea Garancini, Γενικός Γραμματέας της 3win Action, συνομιλεί με τον Guido, εκπρόσωπο του Πανεπιστημίου του Urbino Carlo Bo, Lead Partner του έργου MAST – Making Sustainable Tourism Possible. Η συζήτηση αναδεικνύει τη σημασία της διακρατικής συνεργασίας, της καινοτομίας και της ανταλλαγής γνώσης για την ανάπτυξη πιο βιώσιμων και ανθεκτικών τουριστικών προορισμών στη Μεσόγειο.

Η 3win Action στη 2η Ετήσια Συνάντηση της Sustainable Tourism Community στα Τίρανα
Η ομάδα της 3win Action συμμετείχε στη 2η Ετήσια Συνάντηση της Sustainable Tourism Community, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στα Τίρανα στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Interreg Euro–MED. Μαζί με εταίρους και φορείς από ολόκληρη τη Μεσόγειο, η ομάδα αντάλλαξε εμπειρίες, παρουσίασε την πρόοδο των έργων της και διερεύνησε νέες συνέργειες για έναν πιο πράσινο και ανθεκτικό τουρισμό. Η 3win Action συμμετέχει στο έργο MA.S.T. – Making Sustainable Tourism possible, το οποίο προωθεί πρακτικές και εργαλεία για τη μέτρηση και ενίσχυση της βιωσιμότητας στις τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις. Στο πλαίσιο του έργου αναπτύσσεται ένα καινοτόμο εργαλείο αυτο-αξιολόγησης βιωσιμότητας για τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις, σε συνεργασία με τους εταίρους του έργου.

MAST Info Day – Heraklion, 3 April 2025
12 November | Greece–Uzbekistan Tourism Cooperation Meeting in Heraklion | Heraklion, Crete
Στις 12 Νοεμβρίου πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Ηράκλειο συνάντηση για τη διερεύνηση δυνατοτήτων συνεργασίας μεταξύ Ελλάδας και Ουζμπεκιστάν με στόχο την τουριστική σύνδεση των δύο χωρών. Στη συνάντηση συμμετείχε αντιπροσωπεία της Ένωσης Ιδιωτικών Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων και Πρακτορείων του Ουζμπεκιστάν, με επικεφαλής την Israilova Gulchekhra Bakhodirovna and the Dinara Yuldasheva. Από την ελληνική πλευρά συμμετείχαν εκπρόσωποι του ΕΟΤ, της Ένωσης Ξενοδοχείων Ηρακλείου, του Συνδέσμου Τουριστικών Πρακτόρων Κρήτης, της FILOXENIA και της Ένωσης Κνωσσός, καθώς και τα μέλη της Διοικούσας Επιτροπής της 3win Action Gian Andrea Garancini, Μάνος Λυγεράκης και Βασίλης Σπόκος.
28 November | MAST Project Hosts Successful Info Day and Stakeholder Event in Sarajevo | Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Το Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures φιλοξένησε το MAST Info Day και το Stakeholder Event στο πλαίσιο του έργου MAST – MAking Sustainable Tourism possible του Interreg Euro-MED. Η εκδήλωση έφερε κοντά τοπικούς και διεθνείς stakeholders και επικεντρώθηκε στην ενσωμάτωση της βιωσιμότητας στον τουρισμό και στον τομέα των τουριστικών καταλυμάτων. Στο επίκεντρο βρέθηκε το πρότυπο ISO 21401 ως εργαλείο για τη βελτίωση της περιβαλλοντικής επίδοσης, τη βιώσιμη λειτουργία και την ενίσχυση της σχέσης των επιχειρήσεων με την τοπική κοινωνία. Η 3win Action αναφέρεται μεταξύ των εταίρων του έργου που συνέβαλαν στη διοργάνωση και στην προώθηση της συνεργασίας για τη βιώσιμη τουριστική ανάπτυξη στη Μεσόγειο.

Η 3win Action ως παραγωγό, μαζί με το ΠΣΚΗ (Πολιτιστικού Συνεδριακού Κέντρου Ηρακλείου), παρουσιάζουν μια μουσικοποιητική παράσταση εμπνευσμένη από τον αστείρευτο ποιητικό λόγο και ήχο του Κώστα Μανουρά (Προσφύρη), από τους σημαντικότερους σύγχρονους ποιητές της Κρήτης. Μία πλειάδα από σπουδαίους και καταξιωμένους ερμηνευτές και καλλιτέχνες του τόπου και όχι μόνο, ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους και ζωντανεύουν επί σκηνής ένα υπέροχο ποιητικό σύμπαν!
“Ήχος, Ποίηση, Ρυθμός, Σώμα και Ψυχή, Μελωδία που συνομιλεί με το σύμπαν. Ήχος, Λόγος ρυθμικός, ερμηνεύει και ερμηνεύεται μέσα στον αέναο κύκλο. Η γη, αφήνει τα δικά της έπη. Αφήνει μηνύματα βοήθειας, αυτοσυγκράτησης, συναίνεσης του ανθρώπου και κάποτε μ’ οργή εναντίον του. Ο άνθρωπος, στον ήχο της υπέρμετρης αλαζονείας, Της πυρετώδους εκμετάλλευσης, Της λυσσαλέας αλληλοεξόντωσης. Ο άνθρωπος, πλανεμένος, από τον μονότονο ήχο της μοναξιάς του. Που στο σήμερα, εκθέτει και αυτοσυντηρεί με μία selfie. Ο χορός καλά κρατεί, και ο ήχος επΗγειος”.
