The aim of 3win Action is to contribute to the negotiation and sharing of knowledge, for the implementation of private and public policies and actions. These actions will involve the strengthening, improvement and promotion of sustainable tourism development, innovative entrepreneurship and the utilization of human resources.
There will be carried out actions and research concerning the tourism sector and all sectors which directly or indirectly are related.
We aim to share scientific knowledge & professional know-how interacting between the scientific community, entrepreneurs and decision-makers whether it is the central state or local government. Actions will be open to society, always guided by development in terms of sustainability.
The fulfillment of the purpose of the 3win Action will be implemented through the following areas of intervention:
- Sustainable Tourism Development and Environmental Action - Climate Change
- Connection of primary production and Agri-food sector with the Tourism sector
- Actions aiming to upgrade the quality of the tourism product
- Organization of conferences, exhibitions, meetings and thematic events regarding the specific issues
- Research conducting and connection with businesses, local government and the scientific community
- Non-formal education and knowledge sharing
- Development of ecological tourism awareness
- New technologies and innovation in the Tourism field
- Development of the new thematic forms of tourism (wellness, health, sports, MICE, island hoping, workation, religious, gastronomic, wine tourism, digital nomads etc.) with a gentle and sustainable strategy

Historical background
2023
In 2023, 3win organized the 3rdth International Scientific Congress, and immediately afterwards began preparations for the 4th on: "The working environment in relation to the quality of sustainable tourism development" that will take place next year.
At the same time, he carried out two important studies. The first concerned ‘’the development prospects of the Municipalities of Heraklion, Crete’’, and the second, implemented on behalf of the Hotel Employees Association of Heraklion and the Region of Crete, was on the "Working conditions in the hotels of Crete".
In the same year, the Project "10day recruitment without CV" was held, a collaboration was carried out with the leading partners of "Stargrowth.eu" while at the same time, strategic collaborations were made with 3win Action participating in joint ventures with other scientific or professional bodies, laboratories and departments of Universities from Greece and EU countries in proposals that are under evaluation.
2024 | Ενίσχυση της Ευρωπαϊκής Παρουσίας
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του 2024, η 3win Action συνέχισε να ενισχύει τη θέση της ως ένας ενεργός ευρωπαϊκός οργανισμός, διευρύνοντας τη συμμετοχή της σε έργα ευρωπαϊκής συνεργασίας, συνέδρια και θεματικά δίκτυα.
Στο πλαίσιο του έργου MAST – Making Sustainable Tourism Possible, ο οργανισμός συνέβαλε στην ανάπτυξη και πιλοτική εφαρμογή καινοτόμων μεθοδολογιών αξιολόγησης της βιωσιμότητας και πρακτικών εργαλείων για τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις και προορισμούς.
Σημαντικό ορόσημο της χρονιάς αποτέλεσε η επιτυχημένη διοργάνωση των Via Querinissima Days στην Τύλισο Κρήτης, τον Δεκέμβριο του 2024. Η εκδήλωση ανέδειξε τις αξίες και την ιστορική σημασία της Ευρωπαϊκής Πολιτιστικής Διαδρομής Via Querinissima, φέρνοντας κοντά εκπροσώπους της τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης, πολιτιστικούς φορείς, επαγγελματίες του τουρισμού και πολίτες μέσα από εργαστήρια, πολιτιστικές δράσεις και ανοικτές εκδηλώσεις. Συνδέοντας την τοπική πολιτιστική κληρονομιά με την ευρωπαϊκή διάσταση της διαδρομής, η πρωτοβουλία προώθησε τον διαπολιτισμικό διάλογο, τον βιώσιμο πολιτιστικό τουρισμό και την ενεργή συμμετοχή της τοπικής κοινωνίας, ενισχύοντας περαιτέρω τον ρόλο της 3win Action στην προώθηση της ευρωπαϊκής συνεργασίας σε τοπικό επίπεδο.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του ίδιου έτους, η 3win Action διεύρυνε περαιτέρω τις συνεργασίες της με πανεπιστήμια, ερευνητικά κέντρα, δημόσιους φορείς και οργανισμούς του τουρισμού σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη, ενώ συμμετείχε ενεργά στην προετοιμασία νέων ευρωπαϊκών προτάσεων.
2025 | Ενίσχυση της Ευρωπαϊκής Συνεργασίας
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του 2025, η 3win Action εδραίωσε ακόμη περισσότερο τον ρόλο της ως ένας αξιόπιστος ευρωπαϊκός εταίρος στους τομείς του βιώσιμου τουρισμού, της κοινωνικής καινοτομίας και της περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης. Σημαντικό ορόσημο για το 2025 αποτέλεσε η ένταξη της 3win Action ως μέλους του Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), επιβεβαιώνοντας τη δέσμευση του οργανισμού στις διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένες αρχές της βιώσιμης τουριστικής ανάπτυξης και του υπεύθυνου τουρισμού. Η συμμετοχή στο παγκόσμιο δίκτυο του GSTC ενίσχυσε περαιτέρω τη δυνατότητα της 3win Action να συμβάλλει στην προώθηση πολιτικών βιωσιμότητας, στην ανταλλαγή τεχνογνωσίας και στην ανάπτυξη διεθνών συνεργασιών.
Αξιοποιώντας την εμπειρία που αποκτήθηκε μέσα από το έργο MAST – Making Sustainable Tourism Possible, ο οργανισμός συνέχισε να υποστηρίζει την ανταλλαγή γνώσης και καλών πρακτικών μεταξύ των Ευρωπαίων εταίρων, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη καινοτόμων προσεγγίσεων που βοηθούν τουριστικούς προορισμούς και μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις να γίνουν πιο βιώσιμοι και ανθεκτικοί.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους, η 3win Action συμμετείχε ενεργά σε διεθνή συνέδρια, συναντήσεις έργων και θεματικές εκδηλώσεις, ενώ διεύρυνε περαιτέρω τη συνεργασία της με πανεπιστήμια, ερευνητικά ιδρύματα, δημόσιους φορείς και οργανισμούς από ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη. Παράλληλα, συνέχισε την ανάπτυξη νέων ευρωπαϊκών προτάσεων, ενισχύοντας τη δέσμευσή της στην καινοτομία, τη βιωσιμότητα και την ευρωπαϊκή συνεργασία.
Μέχρι το τέλος του 2025, η 3win Action είχε ενισχύσει ακόμη περισσότερο το διεθνές της δίκτυο, εδραιώνοντας τη θέση της ως ένας οργανισμός που συνδέει αποτελεσματικά τις τοπικές ανάγκες με τις ευρωπαϊκές ευκαιρίες.
2026 | Κοιτάζοντας το Μέλλον
Το 2026 η 3win Action εισήλθε σε μια νέα φάση ωρίμανσης, συνεχίζοντας να επενδύει στην ευρωπαϊκή συνεργασία, τη μεταφορά τεχνογνωσίας και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.
Αξιοποιώντας την εμπειρία που απέκτησε μέσα από τις διεθνείς συνεργασίες και τα ευρωπαϊκά έργα, ο οργανισμός συνέχισε να σχεδιάζει καινοτόμες λύσεις που υποστηρίζουν τις τοπικές κοινωνίες, τους δημόσιους φορείς και τους επαγγελματίες του τουρισμού στην αντιμετώπιση σύγχρονων περιβαλλοντικών, κοινωνικών και οικονομικών προκλήσεων.
Σήμερα, η 3win Action συνεχίζει να προωθεί τον βιώσιμο τουρισμό, την πολιτιστική κληρονομιά, την επιχειρηματικότητα και την κοινωνική καινοτομία μέσα από συνεργατικές πρωτοβουλίες που δημιουργούν μακροπρόθεσμη αξία για τις τοπικές κοινωνίες και τους ευρωπαϊκούς εταίρους.
Με ένα διαρκώς διευρυμένο διεθνές δίκτυο συνεργασιών και ισχυρή προσήλωση στους Στόχους Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης των Ηνωμένων Εθνών (SDGs), η 3win Action παραμένει προσηλωμένη στη δημιουργία συνεργασιών, τη διάχυση γνώσης και τη μετατροπή καινοτόμων ιδεών σε πρακτικές λύσεις για ένα πιο βιώσιμο μέλλον.
