Research on Working Conditions of Employees in the Food Service Industr
3win Action, as part of its commitment to sustainability and intending to improve working conditions in the food service sector, is conducting a significant survey on the working conditions of employees in the food service industry. The survey, commissioned by the Heraklion Food Service and Tourism Workers Union and supported by the Region of Crete, aims to document the experiences and challenges faced by workers, to promote actions and policies that will contribute to the improvement of the working environment.

Objectives of the Survey
Recording Conditions: Highlighting the actual working conditions in the food service sector.
Identifying Challenges: Identifying the main problems faced by employees.
· Identification of training needs: Mapping of deficiencies and linking them to improving the worker's position in the market and improving the services provided.
Promoting Solutions: Creating proposals for improving the work environment and labor rights.
